Christian Education  Class Description
MasterLife MasterLife is a sequential, developmental, small-group discipling process to help Christians master life by developing personal, lifelong, obedient relationships with Jesus Christ, in which He transforms your character into Christ-likeness; changes your values into Kingdom values; and involves you in His mission in the home, the church, and the world.

MasterLife involves the study of four books, each over a six-week period:

MasterLife Book 1: The Disciple's Cross helps you experience life in Christ through practicing these six biblical disciplines: spending time with the Master, living in the Word, praying in faith, fellowshipping with believers, witnessing to the world, and ministering to others.

MasterLife Book 2: in the series of four helps Christians experience life in the spirit and gain victory in their personal lives. In this six-week study disciples will learn how to share their personal testimonies. Topics include: doing God's will, renewing the mind, mastering the emotions, presenting the body, and being filled with the spirit.

MasterLife Book 3: in the series of four helps Christians gain victory over the world, the flesh, and the devil. This six-week study helps believers develop their prayer lives and gain skills in using God's Word. A prayer retreat follows this study in which disciples experience God directing their future.

MasterLife Book 4: completes the series of MasterLife studies. This six-week study helps Christians understand how to be on mission with God and to help others develop growing relationships with Christ. Topics include righting wrong relationships, witnessing through relationships, nurturing new Christians, maturing as a disciple, making disciples, and developing co-laborers with a kingdom perspective.

Experiencing God
Experiencing God is based on seven Scriptural realities that teach us how to develop a true relationship with the Creator. By understanding how God is working through us even as we try to fathom His ways, we can begin to clearly know and do His will and discover our lives greatly and gracefully changed. Experiencing God is for you if you desire to…

• Learn to hear when God is speaking to you

• Find out where God is working and join Him

• Experience God doing through you what only God can do

Experiencing God: Knowing and Doing the Will of God will lead you in a 12-unit study of the Bible to learn how to know God better, how to know when God is speaking, and how to adjust your life and ministry to God’s revelation of His will. The daily study of the interactive workbook and the weekly small-group session will help you develop a confident, personal relationship with God through which He reveals Himself and His will.

PLACE Ministries

PLACE is an intentional process to connect church members into purpose-driven ministry including self-discovery, individualized ministry coaching and tracking from workshop to ministry placement. Through the PLACE process, you will discover that God has created and gifted you with a unique capacity to serve others.

PLACE is not just another church program. It is a process of self-discovery and service for all Christians. The PLACE Workshop is not just another seminar that sends you home excited with no real practical tools. PLACE Workshops equip you with the knowledge, tools and power you need to transform your church.

What makes PLACE different and effective is our step-by-step implementation process and resources. Through the PLACE process, participants discover that God created them with unique Personality, Spiritual Gifts, Abilities, Passions and Experiences. Discovering God’s purpose and plan for their lives helps members find their PLACE of service within the Body of Christ! PLACE is a biblically based and highly effective way of doing church!

• The P in PLACE is for Personality Discovery. Participants use the unique assessments to discover their Personality based on the DISC model.

• The L represents Learning Spiritual Gifts. PLACE promotes a scripture-based, 16-gift model using our comprehensive 112 question assessment.

• The A stands for Abilities Awareness. Here, participants complete an assessment to discover the most effective environment for them to comfortably serve.

• The C is for Connecting Passion with Ministry. PLACE’s unique curriculum helps Christians identify their passions for ministries and people, and discover how they best demonstrate passion.

• The E in PLACE deals with Experiences of Life. This session allows individuals to explore the effects of their past experiences and how those experiences play a vital role in finding their place of service.

Crown Financial

The Biblical Financial Study is a 10 week in-depth study of what scripture teaches about money and possessions. Life Group Members have confirmed that marriages are being strengthened and individuals are finding their way out of debt. They are also becoming consistent savers, generous givers, and prudent consumers. Most importantly, people are entering into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ as they learn to apply His Word. Groups meet for 2 hours every week and include scripture memorization and interactive discussions.

And, this is what each life group member will experience during the study –

• You will learn what Scripture teaches about managing all of their possessions—not just money.

• Due to the 10-week group setting, you will develop lifelong relationships with other Christians.

• Key Scripture verses will be memorized each week, and you will learn a biblical approach to creating a spending plan, establishing a debt reduction plan, and managing their resources through practical exercises and accountability.

And more! The latest features that enhance this 10-week experience include –

More Practical Application Content – More content is provided on the topics of insurance, investing, and more.

All-New Practical Application Videos – New videos create a better life group experience, and additional supporting video content is featured each week.

Mind of Christ
The Mind of Christ This 12-week, in-depth discipleship study based on Philippians 2:5-11 teaches believers how to think the thoughts of Christ or how to have the mind of Christ. This practical, thoroughly scriptural study includes topics like freedom in Christ, becoming like Christ, the servant mind, the glory of humanity, Christ's conduct among humans, living in the Spirit, the poles of holiness and love, the crucifixion, the resurrection, and the kingdom within. The Mind of Christ will help believers keep the command of the Apostle Paul by…

• Identfying from scripture traits of the ideal Christ-like mind

• Develop in your life the virtues of the mind of Christ

• Develop the characteristics of servanthood by living as Christ lived

• Renew your mind and life to reflect Christ in everyday living

• Examine how Christ’s love and holiness work in your life

• Surrender to the lordship of Christ

Made Virtuous

Made Virtuous is a comparative study of the woman with the issue of blood and the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31. Made Virtuous is for all women. This study examines the woman with the issue of blood and her quest to gain virtue from the Lord. Her determination and transformation, through her faith, is a model for women to follow. God desires the very best for His daughters. Walking with Christ Jesus affords the women the opportunity privilege to be “Made Virtuous.”

Gideon is a 7-week study that looks at Gideon’s life and examines your weakness and God’s strength. When we hear the name Gideon, most of us think about his 300 soldiers or the fleece he laid out under the evening sky. But Gideon’s story is so much bigger than that. Like everything else in the Bible, this is a story about God and His people. This study will encourage you to recognize your weakness as the key that the Lord gives you to unlock the full experience of His strength in your life. Those places where you feel insufficient create the greatest opportunity to experience the sufficiency of God.

The Disciple's Prayer Life

The Disciple’s Prayer Life will help participants learn to pray experientially - based on prayers of the Bible. Through personal, daily study and 13 weekly small-group meetings, you will discover practical truths to strengthen and deepen your prayer life. Through this course, you will learn to hear from God in prayer, respond to God through confession, praise, worship and thanksgiving, and join His work through petition and intercession. When we work, we work; when we pray, God works. Prayer is the means God has ordained by which He will work on earth and meet the needs of his people.
