It is geared towards getting our swimmers comfortable in the water. Mastering basics of breathing, buoyancy and propulsion. Our Beginner\/Tot program teaches\/focuses on three distinct steps to create the most optimum and ideal environment for swimmers to learn to swim whether 6 months, under three years old or 72 the beginning is the beginning. We focus on becoming comfortable, confident and safe.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Intermediate&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1517072209456-8584d978-9d9e&#8221;][vc_column_text]The Learn 2 Swim Intermediate program is the second phase of the HLHK Learn 2 swim program. It begins as basic as doing a successful submersion for five seconds and we move to strengthen propulsion, increase unassisted swim, strengthen basic breathing techniques.\u00a0 Intermediate is designed as a more \u201ccompetitive\u201d learn to swim curriculum for those looking for more advanced instruction \u2013covering streamlining, rhythmic breathing, side breathing freestyle.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Advance&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1517072649684-d11a3160-f4b9&#8243;][vc_column_text]The Learn 2 Swim Advanced class is for the swimmer that has mastered the skills of Learn 2 Swim beginner and Learn 2 Swim Intermediate. We build the endurance to make it 25 yards unassisted in freestyle and backstroke and slowly introduce the 2 other competitive strokes of breaststroke, and butterfly.
