The database update scheduled for the morning of August 27th has been postponed until September 17, 2024.
Beulah Missionary Baptist Church has transitioned to a New Members’ database. The new database allows access to additional functions and features to support the mission of the church.
The initial move included moving all member records except for their online financial accounts. Plans are now underway to move members’ financial accounts on the morning of September 17, 2024.
Effective September 17th, you will use the same link to make an online contribution, although the logon page will look different. If your email address used to make current contributions matches the email address stored in the new database, you will be able to login with your email address and same password.
What happens if I can’t access my online account?
Click the link to create a new account and complete your profile. The system will notify the staff that you have created a new account, and they will merge your old account with the new account.
Recurring Contributors
All donors who have their account setup to automatically to make a donation on a selected schedule are considered “Recurring” contributors. Recurring contributors will follow a different process to move their accounts. If you are a recurring contributor, you will receive an email prior to August 20th to inform you of what you need to do to move your account to the new platform.
What if I encounter a problem
A link to submit a support ticket if you encounter a problem will be available beginning September 17th.
Black Out Time
To prepare the database to move the accounts, contributors are requested to not attempt to make a contribution between the hours of 1:00 am – 10:00 am on September 17th. The staff will be busy during this timeframe preparing the database for the movement of the accounts.
