**For events after 5pm, two security officers are required.

 Rentals may include (but not limited too) events for: Birthdays, Retirement Parties, Showers, Sorority & Fraternity Events, Anniversaries, and Graduations.

 ***Parties interested in Wedding Rentals should be directed to the Wedding Coordinator.

 

Rental Space Set-up & Breakdown:

**Pricing and details regarding layout and design of event space will be determined during the rental agreement process. Rental Space set-up & Breakdown includes tables and chairs.

  Please Note: CATERING SERVICE PROVIDERS MUST BE LICENSED AND BONDED.

Bonded catering service is NOT required for cold cuts and foods such as fruit, nuts, cake, finger sandwiches, etc.

 Family Life Center – Hours of Operation for Events:

 MONDAY – FRIDAY
6:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M

 SATURDAYS
9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M.

***All events should end by 8:30pm (or 30mins prior to the end of the event)

  • Events should be scheduled within a 60-day timeframe from the event start date
    • Events requested outside this timeframe, may be blocked from submission.**
  • There will be a $100 charge for the Event Coordinator/Trustee for any event that last beyond the event’s ending time.
