129th Church Anniversary

From Vision to Victory: Beulah Celebrates 129 Years of Faith and Freedom

For 129 years, Beulah Missionary Baptist Church has stood as a steadfast pillar of faith, resilience, and service. This November, the Beulah family celebrates not only its 129th Church Anniversary but also the retirement of its third mortgage—a historic milestone marking both spiritual and financial freedom.

Rooted in God’s Word, Beulah has long been a place of worship, spiritual growth, and transformation, guiding generations in faith. Through music, education, and community outreach, the church continues to shape culture and empower lives across South DeKalb and beyond.

This year’s anniversary theme, “Faith Forward: From Vision to Victory,” reflects Beulah’s enduring commitment to church, culture, and community. Each Sunday in November will focus on one part of that legacy.

On the first Sunday, November 2nd, we will recognize our generation of members 80 and above. All members of this generation are encouraged to worship in person as we praise God for their faith to help build the foundation of Beulah.

The celebration culminates on Sunday, November 23rd during the 9:30 AM Worship Service with Guest Speaker Rev. Dr. William E. Flippin Sr. of The Greater Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church.  Following service, members and guests are invited to a special $1.29 Brunch at Beulah.  Please Register to attend the Brunch by November 16th.

Members who register before November 9 should pick up their 129 Wristband Sunday, November 16 before and after the worship service.

Members who register November 9-November 16 should pick up their 129 Wristband Sunday, November 23 before the worship service.

As we gather to witness the burning of Beulah’s third mortgage, we honor the generations who built this house of faith and the God who continues to build His people. Truly, we are moving Faith Forward—from Vision to Victory.
