The Health Resource Ministry encourages all Men to have PSA Screening! The Prostate Health Symposium & Screening event at Beulah will be on June 6th from 9am – 1pm. The ministry has partnered with the Joshua Men and Johnson & Johnson for this event.
Northside Hospital will provide prostate screening for men ages 35 & up, who have no prostate cancer history, and have not been screened in the past 12 months.
Early detection is the key!
The American Cancer Society documents that Prostate cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer death among African American men, and the Health Resource Ministry encourages the Men of Beulah to take advantage of this opportunity and pre-register.
