Tween Discipleship Program Launch – “Wise Up”
For 6th–8th Grade Students
The Children and Tweens Ministry is excited to announce the launch of our Tween Discipleship Program, created especially for 6th–8th graders!
This spring, we will offer a 10-week pilot discipleship course titled Wise Up, a biblically grounded study based on the Book of Proverbs and developed by Positive Action for Christ. The full Wise Up curriculum includes 35 lessons centered on God’s wisdom and its practical application to everyday life.
Why Wise Up? Middle school is a critical developmental stage where students begin making more independent decisions. With increased freedom comes increased responsibility. Wise Up helps students learn to:
– Seek God’s wisdom rather than relying on impulse or peer pressure
– Understand how biblical truth applies to real-life decisions
– Allow God’s Word to shape character and conduct
– Grow spiritually as they are formed into the image of Jesus Christ
